Please allow us to present a gifting program to you, with step-by-step instructions as to how
you should proceed, should you decide to participate in the program.
At the time we became members of this program, we agreed, that we will not provide the name of the
program, the program's
Website Address, or the password to the program's Website, to anyone, other than by direct and personal
contact. Because of this agreement, we cannot include the name of the program, the program's Website Address, or the
password to the program's
Website on this Website.
However, we can explain the program to you, to the extent, that you may make an educated determination as
to whether, or not, you might like to become a member of the program. Also, you will, already, have these step-by-step
instructions to follow, after you obtain the program's Website Address and the program's password by contacting us.
Everything else you may need to know about the program can be found at the program's Website. Pursuant
to your expression (via E-Mail, or the U. S. Postal Service, per the bottom of this Web Page) to us, of your interest
in learning more about the program, we will provide you with the program's Website Address and password, as well as our
member ID #, which you will need, in order for you to become a member of the program.
As soon as possible, after you contact us, we will extend a direct and personal invitation to you to join
the program, and provide you with a telephone number, and a PIN number, which will enable you to listen-in on live conference
calls, whereon the gifting program will be discussed, and explained.
Currently, these calls take place three times daily, on Mondays through Thursdays, and one time, each day,
on Fridays and Saturdays. You will not be required to participate in any of these telephone conference calls.
You may just listen to those participants, who have experience with the program, talk about, and explain, the program.
We will, also, provide you with a telephone number, which will allow you to listen to a recorded message,
which explains the program, at any time, day, or night, seven days a week.
In addition, of course, we will provide you (as stated above) with the program's Website Address and password,
as well as our ID #, which you will. also, need, in order to join the program.
The program is Internet-based, and automated, with a customized computer software program, that handles
the placement and tracking of all the members in the program.
You will need six things, in order to become a member of the program. You will need a personal computer,
personal program ID # (which will be assigned to you by the program, if you choose to become a member of the program),
your personal password (which you will create and type-in, when prompted on your computer screen), your own E-Mail address
(which you will type-in, also, when prompted).
Also, payment of a $99.95 one-year Website-hosting fee, for your own program Website (connected to the program's
Website), and the funds with which to make a ONE-TIME gift of $250.00, $500.00, $750.00, $1,000.00, $1,250.00, $1,500.00,
$1,750.00, $2,000.00. $2,250.00, $2,500.00, $2,750.00, $3,000.00, $3,250.00, $3,500.00, or $3,750.00, to your Beneficiary,
who is my Inviter, and whose name and other pertinet information will be furnished to you, after you join the program.
You will have choices of participating at the $250.00 level, the $500.00 level, the $1,000.00 level, the
$2,000.00 level, or any combination of the four levels, as shown above.
If you decide to check-out the program's Website, please take the following steps, in order:
1. Type-in the program's Web Address, which we will give you
via E-Mail, and click-on "Go", to see the first Web
Page of
the program.
2. Type-in your first name in the first window, on the first
Web Page you will see.
3. Type-in your E-Mail address in the second window on the
first Web Page you will see.
4. Click-on the "Continue" icon, to proceed to the next Web
Page.
5. Read all of this second Web Page, and, then, type-in the
password, which we will give to you.
6. Click-on the icon, "I Accept". (You are not joining the
program by clicking-on "I Accept".)
7. From the next Web Page, you may study the complete
program, by clicking-on, in turn, the headings, Explanation",
"Chart", "FAQ" (Frequently Asked Questions), "Levels"
and "Guidelines". (Go back and forth between these Web
Pages by, clicking-on your computer's "Return", or "Back"
button.
8. If you decide to join the program, click-on "Join Now", the
next time the icon appears on your screen.
9. On the next Web Page, type-in your inviter's ID #, which I
will give to you. I will be your Inviter,
10. Click-on "Submit".
11. On the next Web Page, make sure my name is shown as
your Inviter's name. If it is not, please click-on
the
"Return" button, and type-in (or confirm) my ID # on the
preceding Web Page. When my name is shown as your
Inviter, click-on "Continue with Registration".
12. On the next Web Page, choose the level(s) at which you
wish to participate in the program, by clicking-on the box
in front of each dollar amount you select to be in your
total.
You may choose to participate at, only, the $250.00 level,
the $500.00 level, the $1,000.00 level, or the $2,000.00
level, or a combination of any number of these levels,
including all of them, for a maximum total of $3,750.00,
as explained previously in this document.
Currently, 95% of program members are maximizing their
leveraging activity by choosing to participate at all levels, for
a total of $3,750.00. (This is the total gift you can ever
make in the program.) The greatest gift of cash, which a
member can receive from any one other
member, is equal to the first (you) member's level of participation
(total gift).
This is the reason why most members choose the highest
level of participation. If someone should join your receiving
line at the highest level of participation, you would receive
$3,750.00, only if YOU joined at the $3,750.00 level.
13. On this same Web Page, type-in your E-Mail address, re-
type-in your E-Mail address, type-in your first name, type-
in your last name, type-in your telephone number, type-in
your password (of your choice), and re-type-in your
password.
14. Click-on "Submit". This Web Page will give you your
program ID #, and, also, give you instructions on how to
make your annual Web-hosting fee payment of $99.95.
15. At the bottom of this same page, click-on, and print, in turn,
"Gifting Statement" and "Non-Solicitation
Form".
16. Read the E-Mail, which the program will send to you soon
after you click-on "Submit". This congratulatory E-Mail
will contain your membership ID #; your password; your
level(s) of participation; the name, telephone number,
E-Mail address and ID # of your Referrer (Inviter, me);
and the name, telephone number, E-Mail address and ID #
of your Beneficiary (your Inviter's Inviter); as well as
important instructions to you.
17. Complete, sign and date the Gifting Statement and Non-
Solicitation Form, and make a copy of each for your
records. Enter the Beneficiary's name on the blank line
in the center of the Gifting Statement, and on the first blank
line of the Non-Solicitation Form.
18. Contact the Beneficiary, and deterrmine if he, or she, prefers
a Cashiers Check, or Money Order, and delivery by Fed-Ex,
or UPS. Also, determine if he, or she, plans to sign, or
not
sign, for the delivery of your package by Fed-Ex, or UPS.
19. Send the originals of the executed Gifting Statement and
Non-Solicitaion Form, along with the requested Cashiers
Check, or Money Order, in the amount you choose as your
total level of participation in the program, to your
Beneficiary, via the requested Fed-Ex, or UPS, Courier.

As soon as the program confirms that your Beneficiary has received your gift, and, that the hosting
fee for your program has been paid, you will be in a position to do what I am doing, with this document, or, to run one, or
more, ads recommended by the program.

Please feel free to modify, and adopt, this Web Page as your own, to be used as a letter, or posted
on your personal Website, or both.
The first person who joins the program (Dick, or Jane), as a result of your invitation, becomes your Qualifier,
and he, or she (Dick, or Jane), is assigned to your Inviter (me). The program's
software, automatically, tracks all transactions for you.
Your Qualifier (Dick, or Jane) sends a gift to your Inviter (me), who is your first person's (Dick,
or Jane) Beneficiary. From this point, on, you are qualified to be in the receiving position for cash, forever.
The second person (Albert, or Allyson) to join the program, at your invitation, starts your first receiving
line to infinity, and he, or she (Albert, or Allyson), will send a cash gift direct to you. Your second person (Albert,
or Allyson), also, gives up his, or
her, first person (Bill, or Betty) to you, and this first person will send a cash gift to you.
This can go on to infinity. Each "first" person, who joins the program, as a result of your invitations
(with the exception of that first one to join under you, which you have to give- up
to your Inviter, who is your first Joiner's Beneficiary), will send a cash gift to you.
For example, Al is the second person to join at your invitation.
Al sends a gift to you, and starts your first receiving line. Then, Al gives-up his first person,
Bill, and Bill sends a gift to you; Bill gives-up his first person, Carol, and Carol sends a gift to you; Carol gives-up
her first person, Don, and Don sends a gift to you;
Don gives-up his first person, Eli, and Eli sends a gift to you; and so on, and so on, to infinity.
You do not receive a gift from the first person who joins at your invitation, and you receive
a gift only from all of the "first" persons who join in each of your receiving lines. However, to infinity, that could
be a very large number of "first" persons.
There is no limit to the number of receiving lines, which you can have. For example, Joe is the third
person to join, as a result of your invitations. Joe sends a gift to you, and starts your second receiving line, and
gives-up his first person to you, his first person gives up his, or her, first person to you, and so on, and so on, to infinity.
The concept of private gifting is based upon the fact, that, both American and Canadian citizens have
the Constitutional right to gift property, cash and other assets, and are subject to the rules and regulations established
by the laws. The rules are found in the IRS Tax Code, Title 26, Sections 2501-2504 and 2511, and Canadian Tax Code,
Sections 143.3 and 62.0.
The law states, that, one, or more, individuals can give a gift to another, up to $11,000.00 each calendar
year, witout any tax liability to either the giver, or the receiver, of the gift, because the tax on the gift has already
been paid, by the giver. The gifts are not included in the gross income of the recipient, and are not reported on the
giver's tax return.
